Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of bird-watching.store and purchases from Wingsong. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. The store currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States.

Products and pricing

We try to describe products and display prices accurately. Images may show illustrative settings or app screens. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation.

Payment

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. You authorize the total displayed at checkout. We may cancel or refund an order affected by suspected fraud, inventory error, or an obvious pricing error.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Wingsong products include a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, ordinary wear, or consumable bird seed.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content or trademarks without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wingsong is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms prospectively. The effective date above identifies the current version.
