Shipping Policy

Effective August 4, 2026

Complimentary standard U.S. shipping is included during the introductory launch offer.

Where we ship

We currently ship to valid residential addresses within the United States. We do not currently advertise international delivery.

Processing and delivery

Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing. Estimated standard transit is 5–10 business days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates; carrier, weather, address, and peak-period delays can occur.

Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement.

Address changes

Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable address.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for seven business days, or an order arrives damaged, email support@bird-watching.store with your order number. Keep the item and packaging while we investigate.

Taxes and charges

Any applicable tax or additional charge will be shown before payment. Wingsong does not add undisclosed delivery charges after checkout.
